Available in two frame depths, 101.6mm and 150mm x 60mm, ThermAFrame® Centre Pocket allows architects to minimise heat and cold transfer across windows using a standard system. Glazing is made simple with colour-coded wedges from standard Alspec® systems, ensuring compatibility with various glass options.

This advanced framing system features a patent-pending glazing pocket design that maximises energy performance while allowing for the integration of optional accessories to further reduce total window Uw values, achieving ratings as low as 1.7. Available in 101.6mm and 150mm x 60mm frame sizes, it includes a 38mm wide glazing pocket that supports double-glazed options up to 32mm. The thermally broken sub-framing is designed to accommodate heavy double-glazed frames, with a thermally broken hinge door threshold also available for enhanced efficiency.
The glazing pockets are engineered to support large IGUs, ensuring compliance with AS1288, while secure glazing is achieved using fully captive backing gaskets, allowing for both internal and external glazing. Colour-coded glazing wedges, available in 1mm increments from 3mm to 7mm, provide precise installation. This system seamlessly integrates with the ThermAFrame® 50mm Commercial Door and Awning Window for a complete high-performance solution.
